Cog Marketplace Ltd operates cog.app, a marketplace for buying and selling bicycles and cycling components globally. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

• Listing content and photos you upload
• Delivery address when you make a purchase
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
• Usage data such as pages visited and searches made

• To provide and operate the marketplace
• To process transactions and send order confirmations
• To resolve disputes and provide customer support
• To send marketing emails, if you have opted in
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Sharing your data

We share your data only where necessary: with Stripe for payment processing, with delivery carriers to fulfil orders, and with authorities if required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are kept for 7 years to meet legal and financial obligations.
