What's covered

How to open a dispute

  1. Contact the seller first via the offer message thread — most issues are resolved this way.
  2. If unresolved within 48 hours, email info@thecog.fit with your order details and photos.
  3. We'll review the case within 2 business days and issue a decision.

What's not covered

Fees

Cog Buyer Protection is included at no extra cost on all purchases made through our Stripe checkout. There is no fee to open a dispute.
